This policy covers Basra by tadwinah. The intended audience is ages 13 and older. Updated September 28, 2026.
Offline play requires no account; games and settings are stored locally. Online features use the account information supplied by Google or Apple, such as name, email and account ID, through Firebase Authentication. We do not receive your password.
Firebase Firestore stores your display name, username, player ID, results, progress and virtual items. Your names and some game statistics are visible to other players. Your male/female selection and its change timestamp are stored privately to organize chat and enforce the change interval; this selection is not shown on your public profile.
We process friendships, requests, invitations, presence and messages with their timestamps and sender names. Lounge messages are visible to players with access to that lounge. Direct messages are visible to the participants. Reports may include a message copy, sender ID, reason and timestamp. The app does not access your address book.
Firebase and Photon process account, sync, connection, session and match data to operate and protect the service, including technical connection information such as IP addresses. Processing may occur outside your country. We do not sell your data. This release has no enabled advertisements or real-money purchases. Voice and Firebase Analytics collection are disabled.
To improve how cards are dealt, we send one anonymous record per match: the deal type, whether it was finished or left, rounds, basras, duration and result, with a random number for this device. It does not include your name, account or ID, is not used for ads and is not shared. We delete these records when the trial ends, and within 12 months at most.
Account and progress data are retained while the account exists. You can request account and associated data deletion in the account management screen. The deletion flow removes profile, progress, virtual items, friends and associated messages. Copies in reports made by other users may remain for abuse handling and service protection; continued retention is reviewed when handling the report or deletion request. Deleting Basra does not delete your Google or Apple account.
